Foursquare: How do I leverage this for healthcare?

I'm trying to figure out how I can use Foursquare to help people in my community practice healthy behaviors and to create a presence for my Health Network. I think maybe creating badges, but HOW? Haven't found any good documentation yet. Can't really offer "specials" at a hospital, so I think I need to become a "partner".

Step 1: I need to "claim" all of my business' locations. I've submitted a ticket, so we will see how this goes.
